Cheung Hing in Milpitas is a great spot for dim sum! The food is incredibly filling and delicious. Although it's on the pricier side, it's a great place for treating your parents or celebrating a special occasion. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since the lines aren't clearly marked, but it's manageable. The service was impressively quick, and the staff usually brings out all the dishes at once, which is great if you're hungry and ready to dig in. The vibe was pretty nice, very fast paced so it felt like we got in and out quick but that's the life at dim sum places One of my favorites was the seafood noodle - super crunchy and packed with flavor, I could eat it all day! If you're in the area and craving some high-quality dim sum, Cheung Hing is definitely worth a visit!

My wife and I enjoyed a nice dim sum lunch. You order your dim sum via a menu, though, some specialty items like egg tarts, stir-fried sticky rice, dessert buns, gai-lan, etc. still come around by display case cart. They are usually crowded on weekends, so service is slower, so flagging down somebody is harder. We were starving, so my pics are AFTER my wife and I started eating. Sorry.

Came for a late weekend lunch, so no wait for table. The menu seemed to be revamped, and I like it! A lot more interesting choices for me to try, especially the rice and noodle dishes and they have different porridge options too. Prices are reasonable as well. I ordered the weekend only steamed chicken with fish maw and it was sold out. Baked salted egg yolk bun was also sold out. Disappointed! Otherwise the felt most dishes the portions have shrunken. The rice noodle roll is 6 pieces per plate and not 9 anymore. The steamed ribs with rice noodle also comes in a smaller plate. The siu mai on the other hand was in good size compared to some other restaurants. The baked taro bread is descent and the steamed egg custard layered cake is delicious. The BBQ pork was thinly sliced but a bit salty for us. Service is on time and seeing the owner there working with the employees and eating late lunch together assured us that this business will stay, which is good.

This place is super UNDERRATED. Taste The tofu with sweet meat was my favorite and was also the deconstructed duck /pork bun with hoisin sauce. The fried rice, soup, and other meat and veggie dishes were pretty standard. Ambiance They must have the nicest and most fancy lazy Susan I've ever seen and chandelier decor to match with nice golden satin wrapped seats. Service They provide hot tea and water as most Chinese restaurants do. Great for family style dinners and generous portion sizes, we still managed to finish almost everything though! We did have leftovers and a party of over 10. I would come here again and hope folks give it a more fair review.
